On Thursday, January the 18th, Dorian Solot and Marshall Miller came to Lake State and gave a presentation dedicated to women and the female orgasm. Student attendance was amazing, and one can only assume why. Solot and Miller travel all over the country giving presentations like these, and thanks to Amy Chrispell and the rest of the Activities Board, they decided to visit us. The presenters talked about many topics, including how old many women are when they have their first orgasm, how often they can orgasm, and how they come about getting them. At first, the men and women were all in the room together, but about half way through the show they were split up because the presenters thought that the women would be more likely to share without the men sitting right next to them. Dorian and the women stayed put, while Marshall took the men into a different room. Marshall discussed with the men different tips and tricks to help their ladies reach their climax. Dorian asked the women to share their first orgasm stories, which included a few very interesting tales. Then, the women started discussing different ways to reach orgasm, including role-playing, fantasies and even stripper poles. After the men came back into the room, they were told of the different ways the women came up with to reach orgasm, and even came up with a few of their own. Dorian and Marshall were very well prepared with PowerPoint slides to help demonstrate what they were saying. They had t-shirts, buttons and hats for sale, as well as an order form for their book I Love Female Orgasm: From Right There to Oh, Yeah! and Everything in Between, which will be published in April of this year.
