PUBLIC SAFETY REPORT

The Lake Superior State University Public Safety Department would like to welcome all students back to campus for the Spring Semester.

We would also like to take the time to remind you of the following things:

Please remember to keep your vehicles and rooms secured. We do our best to patrol the residence halls and parking lots but we cannot be present at all times. Help us to protect you. Secure your belongings whenever you are not present.

With the advent of the snow season, please restrict your parking to the official lots and times for overnight parking. This will help to ensure the lots are adequately plowed.

Report lost property to the Public Safety Office. We maintain a Lost and Found Property. If you report something as lost and it is turned in, you stand a better chance of getting back if we have a record of it. Also, if you have lost something in the last six months, check with Public Safety. We may have it.

Finally, the Department of Public Safety is a 24 hour, seven-day-a-week department that is here to serve the needs of the campus population. Wed like to extend an invitation to all those who live and work on our campus to stop in to the department with any questions or concerns you might have.
