Last year on friday I would tear open the compass and gather friends, family, and complete strangers around and read the public safety files to hear about the stupid stuff people were doing. For example, maybe last semester an incident may read:
"Officers responed to third floor Osborn after they observed a group of three girls throwing the clothing of an ex-boyfriend out of a window and onto the ground below. The officers adressed the girls and advised them to stop their behavior. The boyfriend suddenly appeared outside and one girl threw an iron at him. The parties were separated and the incident was reffered to the office of housing and residential life."
Exciting, Huh?
But this year we get something like
"Officers noticed a disturbance in a residence hall and notified the office of housing and residential life."
Big difference, Big problem! Maybe I was so fascinated because my life is boring, and I was living vicariously through these individuals. Please restore this section to its prior state.
Thanks
Neal Maynard
