US Senate Campaign 2006: Michigan

Mike Bouchard (Republican), is running against Incumbent Debbie Stabenow (Democrat) in this battle for Michigans available seat in the US House of Senate.

Mike Bouchard is focusing his campaign almost entirely on the shortcomings of Stabenow. This sheriff and Ex-State Senate Majority Leader plans on creating Michigan jobs through his "eight common sense principles," and leading us to a golden age of prosperity where we will be able to compete, as a State, with any country in the world.

Stabenow, instead of constantly attacking Bouchard, is focusing most of her offensive energy on the Bush Administration. In this way, she plans on stopping the perceived political blood flow from the heart of the Republican party to Michigan. She has three main political agendas for this election: the "Alternative Fuels Agenda", the "Health Care Plan", and the "Jobs Agenda", paralleling Bouchard's concern for Michigan prosperity.

They both are honest, family types, seen in photographs with children and senior citizens. They both are concerned for the welfare of this state.
