Weekly Log

Week 1 (6/3/10 - 6/5/10): Spoke with advisor to become familiar with problems. Given first set of assignments. Implemented vertex annotation in SVG.

Week 2 (6/6/10 - 6/12/10): Implemented arrowheads for directed edges. Began to implement highlightable text block to simulate code walkthrough.

Week 3 (6/13/10 - 6/19/10): Implemented linear layout for generic components. Implemented buttons.

Week 4 (6/20/10 - 6/26/10): Implemented a simple slider to regulate speed and a simpler button interface. Implemented full interface for SVG, which displays highlightable code, interactive buttons, an interactive slider, and up to n graphs.

Week 5 (6/27/10 - 7/3/10): Implemented AddVertex, AddEdge, and DeleteEdge methods in SVG. Fixed bugs in graph, button, and slider methods.

Week 6 (7/4/10 - 7/10/10): Debugged JavaScript methods. Also researched JavaScript's iPad support.

Week 7 (7/11/10 - 7/17/10): Debugged vertex adding and implemented breakpoint functionality. Restored slider functionality for iPad. Added transformation functionality for graphs (scaling and translation) for iPad.

Week 8 (7/18/10 - 7/23/10): Graphs now scale along centerpoint. Graph scaling and translating never done simultaneously.
